ImunifyAV Rapid Scan stopped working?

Hi,

We've been testing Rapid Scan in ImunifyAV with great results: the first time it would take like 24hs in a full server (arround ~500 accounts) and the subsequent days it would finish in a matter of 2 or 3 hours.

I noticed that for around 1 week it started to take around 18hs to finish.
Is there any way to know if Rapid Scan is working? maybe a log?
Can I have more info on how does it work?

Hello Ignacio,
Presumably, scan time changed due to the changes in the hosted data. In order to verify whether Rapid Scan is working please feel free to deactivate the feature and compare.
