CageFS + Apache with FastCGI

I'm setting up a test environment with CloudLinux cagefs + + (apache + fastcgi) and the web server returns forbbiden error.

Help me please.

My setup is as follows:

   DocumentRoot /home/ihac/public_html/

      Options +ExecCGI

      Order allow,deny
      Allow from all
