CageFS and cross-origin framing

I had moved over a clients site to a server running CL. Would placing his site in CageFS cause the below issues?

Customer stats:
'I've noticed that the URL I had setup for a new site. I wasn't sure why... but if I set it up to forward but allowing it to change the URL at top, it works fine... but setting it up to maintain the URL that you type in ( produces this error in the web console:

Load denied by X-Frame-Options: does not permit cross-origin framing."

This sounds like javascript popping up the message, most likely unrelated to CageFS.
