I'm get an email from cloudlinux that says:

We have detected following issues with your system:

Check existence of all user's packages:
FAILED: Found some nonexistent user's packages. List of "user: package" separated by semicolon:

But it doesn't say anything on fixing it or what causes it. I did a search for it and couldn't find anything as well.

Hello.
In the latest version of lve-utils, added cronjob that checks base settings and if some error presented, the admin will receive the notification.
The automatic validation using cldiag utility by cron job is enabled on a server by default. You can disable it in the /etc/sysconfig/cloudlinux config file using ENABLE_CLDIAG option (Warning! This option disables all automatic checks using cldiag!)
ENABLE_CLDIAG = false
Regarding the problem in the report, this error means that for the user assigned nonexistent package(most likely this happening when the package was removed).
To fix this, you should modify the user package(assign valid package).

Could you tell us how to fix the problem without disabling all checks.
For example I go into LVE manager, then click on packages, there is no option to add a new package or change the name of an existing package from what I can see?
Also in LVE manager I click on the users tab and then click on edit for the effected users and I am unable to change the user to another package?
