AMD-Epyc cpus not supported ?

hi , i was order 2 new servers :

AX41-NVMe
and
AX51-NVMe

but they don't work with cloudlinux ,


we try to do normal to hybrid , but this not work again .

we should cancel both of servers and we loss +200euros with this problem .


anyway to use these Servers with cloud linux ?

datacenter do not support this issue .
