Hi, on two servers with v4.0.2 and one with v4.0.7, running `yum update imunify360-firewall` does nothing.

I understand that, however I thought once someone get's into v4 he's in that 1%, and that any v4.0.x will upgrade to the latest version.

Guys don't get me wrong but you really have to get your act together with Imunify360, it affects customer websites and it shouldn't have so many issues and problems. It looks like a very, very good product but please iron all these problems and bugs out asap.

The latest release is available to all customers gradually within several days. If you'd like to get updated version ASAP, please, send the list of servers IPs to our support team. That way you'll be added to the list and get those updates instantly.

George, it means the server with 4.0.2 is not in the roll-out list. Please, send the entire list of IPs to our support team so the update will be available for all of them. Or you may want to wait for some time (~7 days) so the release is available for all customers.

Marc, thanks for your comments. 4.0.8 fixes the issue, so we're rolling it out.

Greg we asked for our IP's to be pushed for the 4.0.7 release then subsequently the 4.0.8 release and in both cases your team wasn't even capable of doing it. There seems to be some major disconnect here because support definitely has no way to push the updates to us. We've asked on two versions now 4.0.7 and then 4.0.8 and in both cases they couldn't figure out why we cannot get the update.

Further to all of that frankly Imunify360 team should be pulling the 4.0 release and reverting everyone back. Then go back and determine how your side failed to identify a bunch of major bugs. We've experienced:

- Memory Leaks
- Blocking of Cloudflare Traffic
- Displaying Imunify360 Icon to random images/files when using Cloudflare
- Random traffic failing to be served due to failing webshield related to the memory leaks

These are major problems and the moment they're reported they need fixed. We cannot wait weeks and tell users sorry your website cannot work on Cloudflare until Imunify360 fixes the bug. Our solution right now is we've pulled your product as that's the only solution there isn't a release we can use that actually fixes the problems.

I totally agree with Tony. Imunify360 is continuously having unacceptable critical bugs and then you take your time to fix them while we have to deal with the problems.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for sharing the info and providing feedback regarding the issues. Would you please provide me with the number of tickets regarding the problems you encountered so I could figure out why there were issues to update you for 4.0.8? Thanks!

Hi Greg and Inessa!

Same thing, stuck at version 3.9.6-1 even if I was promise that it would not take more than 7 days to update. I'm over 12 days from that reply(see quote at bottom) and still no update. I've fallen once for that answer but will not fall twice for the same answer about the 1% thing.

This mean these blog posts are pointless because we are not your "1% best friends"? Push the updates or don't talk about it. Just send an email to your 1% friends instead of a blog post. This way I'll be happy to still send you money each month for Imunify360.

---- It's not a release if it's only 1% that can have it and previous version are still not available ----
