Many WordPress sites are experiencing database issues after upgrading to this Imunify360 version:

PHP Notice: Constant WP_USE_THEMES already defined in /home/username/public_html/index.php on line 14
PHP Notice: Constant ABSPATH already defined in /home/username/public_html/wp-load.php on line 21
PHP Warning: mysqli_query(): Empty query in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 763
PHP Warning: mysqli_free_result(): Couldn't fetch mysqli_result in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1469

Turning Proactive Defense from Kill Mode to Disabled seems to have resolved this and these PHP errors are no longer generating.

Can you please look into this?
