cPanel asking for reboot

Just installed Kernelcare on cpanel server running CentOS 7.7. but when i login to whm it is going message "You must reboot the server to apply software updates". Can some one tell if i correctly install Kernelcare and why it is showing reboot message in WHM

Here is some outputs

Hello Ashwini,
Thank you for reaching out! In order to understand the problem in the kernel or in packages, you can run this command:

needs-restarting

The output will show which processes use the old binaries. If the output is empty, please create a ticket here https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and technical experts will help you asap.
