Hi,

Immunify360 malware scan is running very slowly for me. In the past 24 hours, it shows a total of 14 files were scanned. Meanwhile it's using 99% CPU. Maybe the files scanned number is just not updating correctly? What can I do?

Have you tried restarting Imunify?

Hi!

Currently imunify360 does not have any progress indicator for on-demand scan, so you can not find out how many files were scanned until scan is finished.
Can you please submit your issue to [email protected] so we can investigate your problem?

Following up here!
I did not know that there is no progress indicator for an on-demand scan, so when I saw "14 files scanned" and saw it never go up, I thought something was wrong.
Thankfully, I checked just now and I see the scan was completed with 3492216 files scanned.
