We really believe that Imunify360 pricing needs some re-thinking.

Suppose you have 3 test accounts on a server or low-cost $3.50 hosting accounts, surely you won't enable Imunify360 for these.

Shouldn't Imunify360 have something similar to cPanel "Manage Shell Access" where an admin determine or select the accounts that he or she want to enable Imunify360 for?

This is crucial tool for the hosting industry and your ability to make it affordable not only will do much for the industry, but help the product succeed.

Hi! And thanks for your concernment!

We understand that in some rare cases the pricing might not fit. We made the pricing that works for most people, and from our experience, most single user VPS servers --> have just one user, with no managed shell accounts.

We might adjust how we count users in the future to handle such cases, but we will need more statistics on that before we start doing such changes.
