Hi,

Can we change to NOOP scheduler at runtime on the following kernel:
Linux 2.6.32-531.1.2.lve1.2.54.el6.x86_64

I\'ve read on here that it is not possible anymore:
http://virtualizationreview.com/Blogs/Virtual-Insider/2014/06/Hyper-V-Tip-Linux-IO.aspx

Is this the case must one reboot?

I\'m trying to improve Disk IO time and found that this is a great fix. Our Server becomes very slow at times and random times has load average of 200+
Once I restart all services everything works again. If you have any tips :)

Anyway just would like to know the above?
