Whenever i run \"yum update\" directory called cloudlinux-x86_64-server-6 is created in current directory I\'m in. I think it\'s a bug, or isn\'t it?

The package didn\'t get it to CL6 channels. It is there now.
Please, try
# yum clean all
# yum update yum-rhn-plugin

update yum-rhn-plugin by running:
yum update yum-rhn-plugin

And after that -- the problem should stop.
If it wouldn\'t update - submit a ticket at helpdesk.cloudlinux.com with server access info -- and we will fix it for you.

Hello,

This problem was fixed on Aug 31 2011 with package yum-rhn-plugin-1.1.7-1.el6.cloudlinux.8.noarch. What version of yum-rhn-plugin do you have? If it\'s older, please update to latest version.
