How long does it take to normally reply to support tickets?

Whats the support like?

I am a new customer and raised a support ticket yesterday and heard zilch from tech support.

Always been fast for us. Maybe they missed your ticket or are working on a solution but forgot to update the tiket…

We have some abnormal ticket amount yesterday, first time since very long time we was not able to process them fast. And, all tickets were different, required deep investigation, not about same single issue.

Sorry for the delay, we are always trying to react fast.
