cPanel licenses are IP-based. You can update the IP address for the license by contacting the provider you purchased the license from, or if you purchased it through cPanel directly, you can open a ticket with our customer support team to request an IP change for your license.

I don't think there is any command to check the Cloudlinux license key from the command line?
