Important lvectl comments return error .
Ex:

Is this CloudLinux 5 server?

Could you please show following?:

uname -r
rpm -qf  /usr/lib64/python2.4/lib-dynload/pyexpat.so
ldd /usr/lib64/python2.4/lib-dynload/pyexpat.so
rpm -V python-libs
