It just started today, all the CPU limits are in the 1000's and when I save one it changes it to a number in the thousands.

For example if I change it to 10% it changes it to 8000

Sure, sorry there was only one way to do all of this.

The kernel is: CLOUDLINUX 6.7 x86_64
I log into WHM and I click CloudLinux LVE Manager

Then find the LVE and set the limit. Right after I save it the limit is changed to some number in the 1000's for example 10% CPU is changed to 8000

But somehow it just started going back to the normal limits and allowing me to save them normally as well. I guess some sort of quota calculating system must of ran from within the server to correct the errors.
