Having trouble in WHMCS the image logo on an invoice isn't being dropped into the downloadable PDF within WHMCS

I filed a ticket with WHMCS and they took a look and say imagick is being loaded twice and pointed me to cpanel here

https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/php-warning-module-already-loaded-in-unknown-on-line-0.612735/

The php error is this

[15-Jun-2020 09:01:29 UTC] PHP Warning: Module 'imagick' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

I thought id ask here first as im running CL7 (latest) and PHP selector with alt-php and not multi php as it maybe a CL issue
