I am having trouble updating my apache4 I am having cloudlinux package errors, my server has no cloudlinux


Error: Package: ea-apache24-mod_cgid-2.4.38-3.3.1.cpanel.x86_64 (EA4)

Hello,

The log output suggests CloudLinux was installed on this server at some point in the past. Can you confirm that you completed the uninstallation instructions documented here? If so, can you open a support ticket with us so we can take a closer look at the system?

Yes, I have now sent a cloudlinux support ticket to help me remove packages ( Ticket 54003 )
