New updated CloudLinux 6 and Hybrid kernel with fixed deadlock in lve module is available from our stable repository.

Changelog since 1.4-3.1 version:

  • CKSIX-80: fixed deadlock in lve module.

To update run the command:

CloudLinux 6:

yum install kmod-lve-1.4-3.1.1.el6 kmod-lve-2.6.32-673.8.1.lve1.4.3.1.el6.x86_64-1.4-3.1.1.el6

There are two ways to make fix work:

Without reboot

Please perform the following commands:

service httpd stop

lvectl destroy all

rmmod kmodlve

modprobe kmodlve

lvectl start

service httpd start

With reboot

No additional actions required, just reboot the server.

Hi,

Doesnt forget to add "lvectl apply all" if you enter "lvectl list" and all is with 0 limits. I have a reach limit problem after the update, and all was about this.
