Helpdesk backup issue

Unfortunately due to the backup system failure, we have lost approximately 6 hours of support tickets submits (about 32 tickets) from our helpdesk system.

But we have all the information in a form of a backup, so we are currently working on the tickets restoration process, manually re-creating all the relevant tickets.

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We'll make sure to contact every person directly and assist with all the reported issues ASAP.
