CloudLinux - Installing on new servers

Dell keeps their Linux servers on and secure with KernelCare - all the latest security patches are promptly applied to running kernels

Installation Options for CloudLinux OS

CloudLinux OS can be deployed on various platforms - dedicated servers, virtual machines and cloud servers from various providers.

Converting from RHEL/CentOS is not the only installation option. You can also install CloudLinux using ISO image - you can download the latest ISO here. Hardware compatibility is covered here.

CloudLinux can run inside any virtual environment that supports the corresponding version of RHEL (5,6 or 7). In addition, images are available for VMWare, Xen, and KVM.

Note, that there are functional limitations if CloudLinux is installed inside Virtuozzo or OpenVZ and H-Sphere servers.

CloudLinux successfully runs on AWS, GCE and Azure. Here you can find installation notes for DigitalOcean and Linode.
