The plugin will display customer's CP, Memory usage and Entry Processes. CPU usage is calculated based on the CPU limit customer has.
So, if customer has limit of 25% of the total CPU resources, and he is using 5% of total CPU resources (as displayed in lvetop) -- the plugin will show customer that he is using 20%.
This shows customer how much of allowed CPU usage he is consuming right now.
This might be a bit confusing for admins, but this is done so that customers don't complain that their CPU limit is set to only 5% or 10% on 8 or 16 core systems.
Additionally, "Resource Usage" icon will show up in "Logs" section of cPanel's interface. There user can see if he had any issues in the past 24 hours
